    Huge
WoD is just a Disney lovers paradise, it’s the ‘ultimate shopping destination’ for all things Disney. It’s an absolute must when visiting Disney Springs. It’s also a good place to get your Disney merch before heading to the parks to avoid big queues when you get there. Or if you missed anything while I’m the parks and/or change your mind, WoD has you covered. Just make sure youk watch out for Stitch if you’re passing by!!

Parking is Miles away from the actual park.
Everything at Disney world is fun ( once you actually reach the park. The parking lot is miles away, costs $25 per day to park. Then you must take a tram to the Mono Rail which takes you to the park. Once there it becomes confusing as you are expected to do most of the research your self on your phone for tickets. Which is confusing because you are forced to download the Disney World App. And book your tickets on line, it is Very expensive for One evening and one full day I had to pay $296. And the “ fast Pass “ is extra. The waits to get on the rides are posted in front of each ride, if the wait states 75 minutes, you can actually expect to wait about 35 minutes. Meals in any sit down restaurant is with reservations only, so once-more you must go into the Disney APP and make your reservation, it’s really stupid, because we were standing right outside the restaurant where we wanted to eat and STILL had to make the reservation on the phone… in front of the very sweet staff members. There are hundreds of strollers and thousands of big kids and little kids, it’s tiring, expensive, noisy, crowded and Still all worth every penny to spend the day at Disney World, then watch the fireworks once it gets dark. All in all we had a blast , and the two year old child we had with us was in awe of all the amazing things he saw. Especially “ It’s a small world” save up, and go to the Magic Kingdom

    Worth the experience....
Once again a visit to Disney Springs wouldn't be complete without a stop in the "mother-ship" of Disney merchandise. It continues to amaze us as to the scope and creativity of items under the Disney umbrella. Yes, its a commercial tour de force; but it's also a wellspring of joy and wonder to children of all ages. Even if one has no intention of purchasing any of the offerings (as with us); a visit inside is worth the experience (even with all the hustle & bustle). (Note: It seems about half of the TA reviews for this location are actually reviews for Disney World.)

Gotta stop in here when visiting! Doesn’t get any better than this for a Disney store
Pricey merch but you can’t get any better than this for a Disney store, it has everything. The Stitch spitting water is a cool touch, adds to the magic of this place. So much cool merch to choose from! Gotta stop in here while visiting.

For a one day visit to the Magic Kingdom it cost me 180 dollars a day for each adult. My two daughters my wife my 13 year old granddaughter and over 170 for my other three granddaughters. Oover 1500 dollars for one day of worthless entertainment . It was so crowded. 90 minute waits to get on rides unless you pay more to get to the fast lane. 30 dollars to park your car. This place is not worth the time and money anymore. It is not for your typical family.

World of Disney is the main Disney store in Disney Springs. There are other smaller and more specialized stores but WoD is where you can find more souvenirs than you could possibly need.

I was happy to find the Lorcana gift sets which are sold out at most stores right now.

Ew. The mega store outfit matched the non existent customer care. I walked in and saw the turnstile appearance of the register area and that set the stage for the entire store. Get them to visit in droves and churn them out. Super expensive items. There was an adult cup with straw for sale for $50. The gift/souvenir items on display were out of reach for someone just trying to find a special little token gift for someone back home. I know someone that collects fridge magnets. I literally had to walk in and out and consult with other store owners in the disney springs area in search of magnets. One person sent me back to this store with promises that they were there. They were. $14.99. For a plain 1 dimensional magnet. The store is not fun to shop in. Another place at Disney filled with people and their kids with the insatiable need to spend copious amounts of money under pressure that this is the Disney way. On top of it all, the mobile check out person had absolutely no affect in her “engagement” with customers. No smile, no Disney cheer. A barren wasteland where emotion should have been. Once again … my experience here was “ew.”

The worst customer service! Went to pick up a $200 gift card that was included in our package. Waited for 45 mins in line - the lady serving had no clue what she was doing. When we went to use the card the following day the funds hadn’t been added to it. So had to venture back to Disney springs to have this sorted. A supervisor served us with the most awful manner, no apologies , blamed us for not keeping hold of the receipt. Check your gift card balance before leaving!

I was recently at the World of Disney in Disney Springs and my experience was the worst that I’d ever had while visiting the resort. I attempted to make a purchase and charge it to the room; however, I could not remember my PIN after trying twice. The cashier, who’s communication was subpar, had the worst attitude and very unhelpful. She continually said use another payment method and showing me her computer screen. There was no attempt to call a supervisor or contact customer service; she stood there and did nothing. I attempted to call the resort, but to no avail because apparently the signal strength in the building is weak. Upon check in, the resort holds funds off your stored payment method for incidentals and usage of the funds on their property. I cancelled the transaction and walked out of the store. I am an 18-year vacation club member who left there feeling like I wanted to sell my points. I had a poor customer service experience a few months ago but chalked it up to overcrowding. But now I am second-guessing myself. If this is the future of Disney, I want no parts of it. I spend too much money with this company to be treated so poorly. I will definitely be rethinking my future with Disney.

Fernanda, Sue and Henry, helped me and my family to purchase items that were in very short supply. Sue and henry helped me to find a very special 100 year anniversary shirt that was a perfect gift for my wife. Fernanda helped us with a charm and necklace when the store was so busy we couldn't move a step without running into another customer. The great service we received on a very busy was appreciated by me and my family. This was at the store in Disney Springs.
