Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Swimming area is very small with a shallow roped off area. Obstacle course was fun. $25 for 45 minutes which really was plenty. The kids were exhausted. There are restrooms and we did see one food truck way down on the opposite side from where we were. Bring your own chairs, umbrella etc.

Awesome little gem of a beach! Very family friendly with bathrooms, fresh water showers, and a food truck that serves fresh tasty hot dogs, piña colada’s, snow cones, and all types of great refreshments. The beach it’s self is small but not too small, perfect size for it not to get too over crowded. There’s lots fun water activities for family and kids to enjoy. The water is clear with a white sandy bottom. Also parking is only $5 for all day. Great place to come make memories with loved ones on a trip to FL.

Pulled up to park. Some technology suit type machine wanted $5 to park. I was like whaaat?! I'm good on that dog. I mean machine. So I was disappointed but to be honest with you, it was more like I was disappointed in like, myself and my life choices that all in all and summarily brought me to this Man made beach in Hudson,Flawda with Like $20 man And without the societal normal willingness to part with qtr of that to park. And I was like whoa. That was like a moment of clarity and then the clouds returned to my norm. And I was like whoa. 4/5 stars. I definitely recommend bringing arm floaties. Adult arm floaties sold at my shop in nice spot in the woods off of Trouble creek and Congress. Call out before walking up, communication key in these parts. Trust everyone except yourself dogs.

I was very disappointed that none of the life jackets were disinfected. Even without Covid this should be a very important health and safety procedure. The ones given to me and my granddaughter smelt very strongly of body odour so not even rinsed let alone sanitized.
Nice place to visit but would not use their equipment again.

We are a family of 5 (kids ages 5, 8, and 10) and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at this beach after an air boat ride nearby. The beach was nice and clean. There are restrooms on either end, including designated family restrooms where we changed into our swim suits. There was one food truck on property, but we didn't buy anything. My husband took the two older boys to the obstacle course ($15 per person for one hour, which was plenty of time!), and the boys absolutely loved it. My daughter was perfectly content to play in the sand and make new friends.

I have been to much nicer beaches in Florida, but this was a nice family spot. I think parking costs $5.00, which is a steal compared to some of the other beaches.

We are a family of six (4 children ages 9-14) from PA. The kids loved The Lift Adventure aquatic park. We actually went a second time at their request. The water in July was perfect- not freezing cold, and not too warm. The park provides life jackets. My only advice for the park is to begin the process of going over the rules and handing out jackets earlier, as it cut into our 45 minute time limit on the actual floating obstacle course.

As for the Wake Boarding.... if you have never done this before, I would pass. It is extremely difficult to get up on a board using the cord (not being pulled by a boat). My extremely athletic kids and husband who ski and snowboard could not get more than 15 feet before falling. We spent 2 hours there and it was expensive (about $50/person). My kids were frustrated and we all quit early, which annoyed me because there are no exchanges or refunds. We wished that we could have used the second hour towards the Adventure Park rather than continuously falling, swimming over to the dock, taking off the gear, lifting ourselves on to the dock, pulling up the board, getting in line, and attempting another try. Exhausting and not rewarding. If you live in the area and can practice a few times/week, it would be totally cool!

This place is really nice and a has a nice beach to relax. But the highlight of this place is their inflatable waterpark, it is so much fun, just like a huge game of wipeout.

Great water, great sand, great day on the beach. Facilities are a good walk away and refreshments are only on the weekend. Plenty of parking (at $5...card only and they were writing tickets to violators). No frills, bring your own everything.
