Class was absolutely amazing! Inclusive for everyone and really fun!! Louise from finesse fitness is the best! It was my first time going to Zumba and I didn’t feel any pressure at all. I definitely fumbled around a bit but made some friends and had a great time!

Zumba class was lively and FUN!! Louise with Finesse kept the class moving and grooving the whole hour, even security was moving to the beat!! Definitely a fun after work activity that keeps you active while laughing 😅😅🤣🤣!!

I took the family yoga class with Bernice last week. This was the first time I’d done yoga in over 10 years, I had never been a big fan, and it wasn’t even my idea to go. However, I’m so glad my friends had the idea because we had such a great time! I felt it was slow enough to work for someone as rusty as I am, yet challenging enough that we all woke up the next day feeling like we’d definitely worked out. We’ve decided to make it a weekly routine because of how great a time we had and how great a job Bernice did! My first grader even asks to do little moves at home on her new mat now.

DANIA BEACH - This open-air shopping mall is part of a mega project that also includes apartments, a hotel and restaurants and is close to FLD airport. Outlet stores like Marshall’s, J. Crew factory, Nike Clearance Store and others like Tommy Bahama. Super pleasant and with several restaurant options such as Outback, the Brazilian Rodízio Grill, Marlin Bar, etc.

I went to the Dania pointe yoga on Wednesday and it was so great and peaceful! It’s right by the fountain, so there’s calming water sounds all the time. Bernice is the instructor and she asks what people want to focus on in each session, she helps people get in the correct pose and postures, and she’s all around fabulous! I highly recommend!

The ambiance was beautiful, the plaza was nice and tidy. Louise was amazing with Zumba and the yoga was so peaceful and relaxing. Thanks for amazing opportunities you offer for free. Met great people and had lots of fun.

Bernice’s yoga class was great. She’s a very good instructor, very present and attentive. Her voice is so soothing and I feel blessed that she does a free open class every Wednesday. Def come check her out. It’s a great workout and relax session at the end.
