A very nicely designed museum with great information about the Seminole Tribe and their history in the Everglades and Big Cypress region. Met a wonderful guy named Daniel who had constructed a replica hunting camp and was very forthcoming with information. Great experience! There is...More

It was really nice hearing about the Florida Seminoles. The museum is small, but is informative. The film was confusing to follow - too many screens, color issues. Their grounds included a few native structures and nature walk.

Love any kind of history about the Indians that I can learn. Love the culture and how they have had to survive. WAS very nice plus had a great boardwalk through the Everglades. Some were making and selling their jewelry.

Great museum that shows the rich history of American Indians of Florida. I liked seeing how they lived in this environment of swamps and mosquitos.

Thank you for your review! It's remarkable to think of how the Seminoles not only survived but really thrived in the swampy Everglades. We hope you can come back and visit us again!

There is no better place to get a sense of Seminole life and culture. Inside the museum are various dioramas with typical Seminoles going through every day activities of a traditional life style. Outside is a boardwalk with model Seminole encampments and re-enactors for era...More
