This is a great tour even if you aren’t a fan or even haven’t seen the movie. The ride to the location is fascinating, just like Hobbiton in itself is. Great to hear the background and the stories in making the movies.

I would venture to say no since most of the tour is up on the little pathways on the hills and are not wide enough for one without ruining the set design. There are stone steps you have to climb to visit the Hobbit holes.
