We hiked to the falls recently and since the area was under severe drought, the falls weren't as impressive as we hoped, but the scenery is gorgeous! Please know the main path is a hike and not a leisurely stroll. You definitely have to walk...More

My husband and I are Seniors and found this hike to be a moderate one. We took breaks when we became winded, but we made it all the way up. It was spectacular and worth the hike.

Although listed as an easy hike, it wss a very steep walk for kids and elderly people in our group. Off main highway, parking could be an issue.

Even though the water fall was not flowing very well, it was very scenic. The hike was challenging but we made it up to the top.

We did this hike with our small kids , 10,7&3 and it worked! A little scary at times but really pretty at the top by the waterfall. On the way between Pagosa Springs and buena vista co.

This easy stop gave our young kids a small taste of a hike along with the enjoyment of the amazing views on the way up. Even with less water during a dry spell, the waterfall and overlook points gave us 30 to 45 minutes to...More

Super accessible from the road with just a short hike. We had been warned that the falls wouldn’t be spectacularly huge due to the milder winter, but it was still beautiful.

Beautiful waterfall! If u have the time and re driving by this is a very nice waterfall with a moderate but steep hike to the viewing area of the waterfall. Can be a little crowded in July but well worth the effort and time.

Went hiking with the family and young kids. They loved it and so did all the adults. There is an easy and hard hike. Both are enjoyable and the falls is beautiful and totally available for hikes.

If you're not totally in love in with hiking, then I would highly recommend this short easy stroll up the mountain and back again. It's just right for everyone. I always take my visitors here. It's a beautiful location!

I would imagine regular hours as you do not want to be there too early or late. Go when the sun is shining as it's too slippery and dangerous at night. You will not find many safeguards anywhere there or elsewhere. Not to... More

There are no restrooms at Treasure Falls. There is a rest area with restrooms and picnic tables outside of South Forks, after going over a Wolf Creek Pass.
