I absolutely loved Paraga Beach, it was pure magic! There seemed to be less people there as it was a smaller beach and there was no beach clubs etc. It was very relaxing and a gorgeous swimming spot. There is a bar area very close...More
After searching for a beach spot to fo on our own from the cruise, we chose Paraga and glad we did!It was gorgeous! Easy to get to from the bus from town - every half hour trip takes about 20 minutes. Lots of lounge chairs...More
Seems the beach scene is very quiet once off season arrives . While there was still bars and cafes open they seem to have limited services. Still had sun lounges and towels for hire . Was very windy when I was there so not able...More
Unspoilt beach without the music of the various beach clubs in the area. Great food at Agia Anna Studios bar and restaurant and their sun-beds are only 10 Euro compared to the other beaches where they can be 50 Euro plus a day. Amazing sunset...More
Beautiful beach with turquoise water. Calm waters so ideal for swimming. We perched up Sant Anna towards the back if the beach where sunbeds were 15 euros each including a towel. Great fun music playing which got louder in the afternoon. More of a party...More
There is such a nice vibe on the beach (maybe because I love 1990s music), loads of bars and atms, easy to get to from Mykonos town - again like most beaches the sun loungers are pricey - we got a deal for 40e by...More

Depends on exactly what you prioritise. Agrari is very quiet but has coarse sand and difficult entry into the sea. It is one of the few quiet beaches that also has recliners and umbrellas plus a bar service and choice of food. Left hand side is generally textiles, right hand side clothing optional. Just to the east of Agrari is Elia which is also quiet compared with Paradise etc to the west. We haven't been there for a couple of years but it was always a pleasant spot with loungers for hire and a zone to suit your taste, straight or gay, more or less clothing, plus places to eat and drink. I'd also agree with Marios T in that Kalo Livadi is a good spot that is not too crowded. In September the weather is still good and roads, beaches and restaurants not too busy. We always visit in June or September which are far better, and cheaper, than July and August. Hope you enjoy Mykonos!
