I choose Corked as the restaurant to celebrate my 60th birthday and what a disappointment! The service was so bad it really made it an awful dinning experience. After waiting at the hostess stand for over 10 minutes without a greeting, we were seated and waited almost 20 minutes for a high chair and menus. When I asked after 15 minutes again for a high chair the waitress seems bothered. We finally got menus and able to seat my grandson and waited another 15 minutes and still no drink order taken. I ran into the waitress on my way to the restroom and mentioned that we were sat at 5:20, it was 6pm and still no drink order. I mentioned that it was a special occasion and expected better service. The waitress must have gotten pissed by my comment and asked the manager to assign a different waiter. He was a little better, but not great. My husband and I ordered steak, which was good, however the potatoes came undercooked and hard. Waited 15 minutes for steak knives and ended up just eating our steaks with butter knives. I didn’t make a big deal over things because it was my birthday and wanted to enjoy my families company, which I did. The manager did nothing to make the dinner or service better. Will never return to this restaurant. Had a great birthday despite the awful restaurant experience.…

We had a couple of glasses of wine here the other night. It is a circular bar towards the back of the Casino, by the Events Center at Harrah’s. I had a delicious Joyce Pinot Noir. They have seating at the bar, as well as several areas around the bar, and even outside. As far as venues within Harrahs, I like this one.…

My wife and I visited Harrah's Southern California Resort and enjoyed " One Less Monkey ". This 3 piece band was AWESOME ! There was so many people in the Corked Lounge that night, the Band decided to play right through their break period to please everyone. Which band does that ? The drummer of this band was one of the best I have ever seen or heard. You just could not take your eyes off of him as he was so entertaining, He Spanked, Slammed, and Pounded the drums and symbols with theatrical specialty, throughout every tune that the band played. A very enjoyable evening of music and wine tasting in the Corked Lounge. We will definitely be back to see " One Less Monkey "…

Nice spot to sit and watch a ballgame not sure if it is smoke free but I can tell a difference in the corner here not smokey at all and they have very comfortable chairs you sit in
