I was refused entrance today at the front door with my service dog. The security guard at the front door immediately said I couldn’t bring a dog in. I politely explained that she was a service dog and certified under ADA. The security then violated ADA law asking me what disability I had and why I need one. I asked for a manager and the security Lieutenant responded. As the Lieutenant approached me he came directly towards me which in turn my service dog sniffed his front knowing that I was suffering a serious anxiety attack. I corrected my service dog and she immediately responded in a heal position. The Lieutenant then said sorry I cannot let your dog in because of her behavior. My service dog was doing her duty. She knew I was in destress and was blocking me. It is not an ADA violation for my dog to do that. I corrected her into a heal position and then a front position (picture) in which she stayed for the duration of over 20 minutes without moving as commanded to all while 2 other managers had approached me without incident. All of this while people stood in line to get in watching me as I was humiliated at the front door. I am a veteran and my service dog is a psychiatric service dog that specializes in PTSD. I have her in my life so that I can be normal again and enter crowded areas and enjoy life like every other citizen. I had to wait in the parking lot to calm myself down for quite a while in order to drive an hour back home. All for a night to see my friends play in their band. I was discriminated upon and left outside to be humiliated as if I did something wrong. I didn’t, I served our wonderful country to afford every citizen the opportunity to live and love life in safety. Now I am ostracized because I have a service connected disability. I will be back on Veterans Day and I will have my brothers and sisters who have served by my side and with our service animals. The craziest part is that Sycuan is one of the biggest sponsors of the company that I trained and received my service dog from for veterans with PTSD.

The reason I am giving a 2 star review is because the food is good otherwise it would be 1 or zero if that was an option. When I spend money on eating out it is because I want to be served so service is just as important as the food. We went to Patties and Pints on 7/17/20. We are new to VVC and excited to try it. We were a party of 4 and placed our order. Normal amount of time to get our order out. The waiter placed the tray on a stand....don't know if this was his first day but I looked over and he picked up 2 plates on the same side so guess what happened??? 2 plates went tumbling to the floor. Instead of profusely apologizing we got a shrug and sorry. Another server (I think) came up and said sorry again but that's it....I said how about a round of drinks for our inconvenience? Sorry we can only give you soda (bull crap). We all already had sodas so we declined. I figured the manager would come by or perhaps a discount on our bill or the 2 dumped entries comped......SOMETHING!!!! Zip, zero, zilch!!!! Our two friends ate their plates while me and my husband watched them and they then watched us eat. SERVICE IN THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Zero customer service. I will go back to VVC again but will NEVER EVER eat here again. Shame on you!!!!!

My wife and I always enjoy the friendly employees here and the great variety of machines, but were VERY disappointed over the lack of control over the virus issues. The machines were NOT wiped down regularly (we saw 1 person with a rag sort of wiping a machine). You should have two or three continuously scrubbing all the machines. You also had nobody enforcing the mask rule (so important), as 10% or more customers either had no masks or had them well below their nose. This is vital to controlling the virus spread. Please take care of these problems and let's get this horrible disease under control. We love Valley View and want to keep comimg. Thanks for your time Jerry and Adrien Title; Very concerned

We were looking for a cafe for lunch and decided to try a casino. Glad we did. Split a turkey/bacon/avocado sandwich. Was large. Bowl of chicken noodle soup. Ice tea was fresh/good flavor. Con:walking thru smokey casino.
