Beautiful building with fantastic views. Food options were better than expected. Wine is average but the tasting flight presentation was unique and fun (go with the Cab). Lots of space and friendly environment.

Newer winery with decent wine selection. Also had lunch and was impressed considering food prepared in truck out back. Had charcuterie board and it was quite good.

My wife and I stopped in on a rainy day and were so excited that we made the choice. Extremely nice facility great wine, good food, beautiful area, all the makings for a great day at a winery. We did a tasting of the whites and the red’s, found the winds full of flavor in variety to match any Pallet. We enjoyed a charcuterie plate and it was excellent. I can highly recommend a visit to the Hill top winery for a fun enjoyable afternoon.…

My wife and I have been going to Hill Top Winery for months now. Everything and Everyone are truly exceptional. From the wine to the breathtaking view from the patio....this is "The Winery" in Valley Center!
