You can see this mountain, on a clear day, more than 100 miles away. Gorgeous. Majestic. Just wow. There’s a nice lake at its base as well.

Do you have snow tires and or chains? Going over the hill into Oregon is steep. Right now it's not snowing, but check before you go. Bring the chains, they charge a lot up there. Mount Shasta is fine right now, they are... More

you can see the mountain from every point. But you must feel the atmospire there.
