Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is the most sophisticated place in town by far. A group of us came here last night for a blind wine tasting, it was an awesome experience with a good few bottles of wine & nibbles. (You can book the whole place for a tasting if you have a large group).

The bar it’s self is super cozy with an awesome ambience & the owner Jonny is super knowledgeable & friendly. If you’re looking to get away from the generic beer bars of the town then this is the place to come.

We came to the wine bar window one day when there was a couple behind the bar. After standing for 2 minutes we walked away. We only went to support a local business that had been closed for some time.

We gave it another try a few days later and bought a bottle of supermarket wine at an inflated price. At this point we realised that there is no point in trying again. If they can't be bothered driving further than a razlog supermarket to source wine, I can't be bothered walking 10 minutes to pay double price for it. Embarassing considering they talk the talk on Facebook.

Anybody wanting decent wine, go to the new tapas on pirin street.

Stopped by for a couple of hours one evening – and what a lovely & friendly little wine bar it is :)

Very friendly staff and a lovely owner who even shouted us a glass of wine – and what delicious wines too; even the house white is gorgeous. A nice fire too for those cold evenings!

Loved this place, went with a group of friends and had a great evening talking and planning how to spend our holiday. The bar is small with a cosy fire and really friendly staff. Great to try a selection of different wines and as much as I love music, this bar is mercifully music free. Don't miss it the next time you're in Bansko!!!

Just loved discovering this fabulous place. Bulgarian Manager, Bulgarian atmosphere, delicious Bulgarian wine, and beers. Small, sit-down place. Warm log fire. Intimate, welcoming and fun. Away from the madness, near the old town. Def recommend.

This place was recommended by a local expat and we loved it. Wandered in on a Friday night about 10pm and were instantly made to feel at home by Angel and his (identical twin!) brother.

We talked a lot about Bulgarian wine and Angel made me one of the best G&Ts I've ever had - apple and grape all the way! There were a couple of other groups in, one playing the guitar in the garden and one inside with us. Great vibe and would highly recommend to anyone. He even gave us a lift back to our hotel rather than calling us a taxi - that's what I call service!
