Set in the basement of Bygone Times , you will need to pay the entrance fee if you are not a member. The exhibition consists of a few photographs, models and artifacts. They looked rather dusty and little care given to curating. Beware the parking...More

Interested to see some of the items on display but disappointed with the area the display was in. It was out of the way and was dark and felt musty.

Overall, not much to see however the museum has moved from its original place to within Bygone Times itself. A few displays and information placed throughout. Free admission and there's a tour available.

My title sums it up - if you are in the area and you are interested then it's worth a visit. If you aren't in the area then it's not.

small, but interesting museum. The curator is very well informed and happy to share his knowledge with visitors. The displays are good, but for the most part not actually off Titanic, more off sister ships.

As a self-confessed Titanic junkie, this was the place for me! Spent a happy hour and a half looking at all the exhibits and talking with Nigel who certainly knows his subject. The wife enjoyed her 1 1/2 hours in Byegone Times too so everyone's...More

Now in Eccleston Lancashire (not Salmesbury Hall) behind Bygone Times!!! Only £2-3 per head (should charge a little more - but we left a big tip in the collection box). Nigel gave us a really interesting guided tour for about 40 minutes then we spent...More
