L'azienda Vitivinicola Borgo Moncalvo si caratterizza per essere dedita alla coltivazione di vigneti impervi, sostenuti da muri e scalinate in pietra del secolo scorso, autentici musei a cielo aperto. Alcune pendenze raggiungono e superano il 100%. La coltivazione si divide tra uve di moscato, pinot, dolcetto, barbera e trasformazione delle uve avviene secondo i più alti standard qualitativi possibili, cercando di preservare quanto ogni anno la terra ci dà.
