Huge enclosures here, from many of which the animals could seemingly come and go. Natural setting and foliage ensures cool temps in warm weather. The founder's love and attention is obvious to those who visit.

This is a 2.5KM walking zoo at Tuxtla Gutierrez, good for an afternoon with the kids, but consider wildlife for the zoo is focus on local animals, so it might be something different and interesting, but nature is also something to appreciate.

We took our children to this zoo on a very hot summer day and it was a great experience!. The dense foliage provides relief from the Chiapas heat as well as creating a tropical oasis in the middle of a huge city. I really forgot...More
