Interesting exhibition of the local minorities around Nanning - way of life and customs. Introduction to Yunnan and surroundings and archeological digs. Collection of artifacts quite extensive. 3 levels.

I have been to musems around the world and was very impressed with the detail of this museum. This museum is about 5 years old.

This was a rushed visit as I was with a group of dignitaries visiting the museum. We had a guided tour and most of the visit focused on the ancient bronze drum collections. That was fascinating. If anything, it left me wanting to know more.
