Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

There is an obvious push on the island to improve the overall tourist experience and this is a great place to visit and understand more about the people.

Interesting insight into local culture in rain forest setting. Tried local food and saw 3 warrior dances. Also benefits the local community keeping their customs alive and bringing income.

Good morning but very wet day. Not many of the village were there as it was raining and cold. Good guide but he wanted extras from us.

Interesting to learn the customs and ways of life for the Futuna islanders, had a really nice guide who explained things well and answered our questions. Tried some local cooked food. Watched some performances and hot stone walking.

We went, just two of us, and the group presented the whole experience really well and answered our many questions.
Everyone including the children, were polite and in "role" in a good way and also friendly. Gave us some insight into Futuna life.
