Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I wouldn’t let this man to touch your bike with a 10 foot pole.
I asked him to change a rubber bushing on my steering dumper and to reinforce a rear mud guard on my 1200 gsa that I’m riding from USA to Argentina
He installed a bushing that is 4x smaller than the one needed so it bursted after 4 hours of riding and mud guard fell off somewhere during same 4 hour ride
I paid 35$ usd for him to remove 5 bolts, but he failed even the easiest task like that. I asked him at least 3 times if he’s confident that he can do the job right, he said that he can
Robin even proudly said that I had one week warranty, but when I asked him to honor it, he said that my bike design is bad and that he knows what he’s doing. After that he blocked me

Moreover, every time he opened his mouth I felt getting taken into conspiracy theories holes with each word that came out of it. Never ending rants about “excessive deaths from vaccines”, “lack of democracy in Europe” and other garbage opinions sourced from YouTube. I took him for pizza dinner and couldn’t eat it fast enough so he would stop talking. Final straw was his demand that I have to have an opinion about NATO because I’m a US citizen who votes.

Take my experience with that man whose word means nothing. He is a lousy mechanic. I’m now out of 170$ mud fender that fell off, but no structural damage was done to the bike. Luckily I was smart enough to catch that he is not trustworthy for any serious job by asking detailed questions about my bike that I knew answers to and listening what he had to say.
He takes advantage of people in distress and charges 1000$ usd for recoveries from salt flats.
His “tour” rates are ridiculous 250$ usd per person for a day of riding on a 20 year old DR650 that leaks oil. You can have tailored Uyuni experience for 500$ usd if it’s 2 of you, not having to hear this man speak and share his YouTube soured opinions about the world.

What an amazing trip & experience! Excellent private tour. The tour (4x4, lunch & motorcycle excursion) was extremely good. Our guides, Robin & Huascar were incredibly great, accommodating & knowledgeable.

So thankful for the memorable vacation. We would highly recommend Nomada Experience.

We spent 3 days with Huáscar exploring the Salt flats and surrounding area! We booked a private tour and he tailor-made it for us including picking us up at the border of Argentina. We had an amazing time as we mostly felt like the only tourists around as he took us to the spots most people won’t see. He has an incredible local knowledge and made us feel special every day. Food was incredible and looked after our preferences! Amazing to watch the sunset on the Salt flats with a bottle of wine, he even took us back out at night to watch the stars! We saw lots of wildlife and not to forget to mention his photography skills ;)

My husband and I came from San Pedro and were met at the Bolivian border by Huascar and Leo the driver. We spent 4 days touring many outstanding and awe inspiring high plains / desert locations. Huascar is personable and highly educated in all aspects of the area. His English is excellent. Leo is an experienced and careful driver. We travelled in Chile for one month and these 4 days in Bolivia were the highlight of our trip. The salt flats are a must! The afternoon picnic lunches were excellent. We stayed at the Luna Salada salt hotel which was memorable, interesting and cosy. The other hotel that we were impressed with was located in the middle of nowhere. The food was good and it was well run. The only thing I would change is the hotel in Uyuni was located next to a loud disco on a sat night. This is a fantastic tour and I highly recommend it.

Spent most of the day working on the bike with Robin, good english expat bloke owning the place here. Experienced mecanic, welder and motorcycle tour guide. Nice shop, he also rewashed my bike like it should really be done after an adventure in the salt. He drove me around town in his land rover to find the parts i was looking for. Many good stories to tell, chill place with 2 small friendly dogs running around, can't suggest this place enough. Oh yeah, and the information you can get from him about the region is priceless. If you get stuck anywhere, injured or lost, he's the guy to call. Worth every BOL +591 78773787

We took a 2-day tour and had a wonderful experience. We got to experience the beauty and history of the salt flats and Bolivia without going to the main tourist attractions. Our guide knew the off the beaten path sites where we had the salt flats to ourselves. He clearly has a good relationship with the local communities that we stayed in and passed through.

Highly recommend this company. Although we didn’t do any of the treks/hikes that are offered, we definitely plan to do so when we’re back in Bolivia.

Huascar is the best tour guide for the Uyuni Salt flats, very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and entertaining.
There were many highlights on this trip so I'll just mention 3. I loved looking at the stars, constellations, and milky way in the salar; there's no need of telescopes just your eyes! The other highlight was being able to see the reflection of the sky in the salar, it felt like being on the clouds. Last but not least, our tour guide was prepared with vegetarian and meat options for our entire group and he didn't use plastic cups, silverware or plates!
This tour is a MUST if you are in Bolivia.
