Beautiful landscape, beautiful beaches and great shops / cafe's. A number of them were dog friendly, even in peak summer time. The beaches were dog friendly also. Well worth a visit.

Nice harbour with plenty going on if you are the sort of person who enjoys people watching and thing to do if you want to be the ones who are watched. A favourite is to watch the trains as they approach and cross Barmouth bridge.

Beautiful...... Just beautiful. Sit and watch the world go by.... Boats, people, little ferry to fairbourne. Great place to sit and chill during the evening but can get busy during school holidays.

As David said you can do everything you want to do as Barmouth is now 'in season'. The ferries are regular & are deliberately timed to meet up with the Fairbourne railway. Tickets are available on the day. 😀😎

sorry for delay had problems with my password I cannot think of any rooms in the area with balconies. A sea facing room is the best you can get -check on TripAdvisor.
