Ok, so yes it is a beach that is dog friendly, but you would hope that the owners were environmentally friendly too and realise that they needed to take the poo with them. Just too many bits of ‘unclaimed’ dog poo in and around the...More

Great beach with rock pools etc but nearly everyone seems to have a dog and the barking can get a bit much.

Great beach but toilets cost 20p a wee which leads to people letting their kids wee in the lane to toilets. Shop was lovely but let down by uninterested, moody staff.

Wow. What a lovely place. The rain had stopped and the sun came out. We were looking for a dog friendly beach and this one came up. Pay for parking but beach and walks along coast were excellent. Really recommend.

First night in Cornwall, and this beach is a walk away... Easier to get to than Polzeath, and a family-friendly cove...soft sand and loads of dunes for games and hiding!

Nice clean beach. Shallow calm water which was perfect for our little boy who was able to run in and out happily. Car park busy, but plenty of space. Little shop for ice creams and drinks.

This is a really lovely beach that seems very safe for children to play on. It was busy whilst we were there, but there are some nice walks you can do from the beach. Head over to the church, that’s worth a look. Just be...More
