Excellent guided tour of the railway maintenance shed to view the work being undertaken on various wagons and coaches. The museum and shop were also interesting. Altogether a great visit.

Every visitor is welcomed and invited to look around. Questions about the site, locomotives etc are encouraged. Barras the station cat is usually around and appreciates a stroke.

Worthwhile tour, knowledgeable and friendly folk, really interesting to learn about the history and restoration of the rail, coaches, engines and station, tied into the local area too. Very good social distance procedures and a trip out come rain or shine.
