Interesting story, stunning views, pleasant walks. Take time to explore both side of the bridge and both banks. Pleasant snack bar onsite

Great place to visit. Parking, snack van, seating, walking and a river to enjoy. A stroll along the river can take you into the town for coffee, eats etc. Also the story of the bridge is fascinating...the notice boards around are a must to read!

Busy beauty spot, a favourite with wild swimmers. Very old bridge with a good devil story to back it up. Very picturesque and lots of parking

Stayed here in Kirkby Lonsdale for a few days and had a very pleasant stroll down to the bridge and back up. Very pretty views. Love the sound of the running water. So peaceful. Lots of fields nearby if you wanted to picnic. Walk back up to the town was a bit steep but worth it! Lady artist 👨‍🎨 painting a picture at the top.

Visited Kirkby Lonsdale for few days over the weekend and I have never seen the bridge area so busy. It is notorious for motor bikers to assemble at the bridge and on the Sunday morning there must have been a thousand people enjoying the glorious summer weather. The park was also ‘rammed’ with picnickers. On the Monday it was possible to walk over the bridge and down by the river. Our dogs enjoyed a quick dip!

Went for walk along river, very pleasant, with picnic at the park by the river. Walked into town center. Required use of public conveniences on Jingling lane. These now cost 40 p to enter, and you need a contactless card to pay, no cash option, no card receipt. For this, you do not even get soap! (spending a penny now costs 40 p).

We found the hand print. No one seems to know abou it. It's a secret. Beautiful view. So relaxing. Ice cream van at one side of the bridge. Picnic tables in park. Enjoyed it.

My wife and I visited Devil's Bridge whilst on our honeymoon, and we were not disappointed. The views on either side of the bridge are stunning, and easily accessible for those in wheelchairs.
