Such a fun museum. Probably my favorite ever.
Don’t miss the jewelry exhibit next-door. Very cool.
Some of the sketches are easily overlooked, but provide wonderful insights into his political mindset.
This is an experience first of all, the quality of the art here secondary to the whole thing. You get a huge dose of Dali, some good, some bad, but all overwhelming and crazy. Creative, inventive, outrageous and unfathomable. Like being in a funhouse. The...More
Our trip to Figueres was to visit the surrounding areas i.e. Cadaques where Dali had his seaside residence, Roses, etc... but first and foremost, to visit the Dali Museum. Of course, as fans of Dali, we were curious to see his birthplace and everything Dali....More
We have been three times, expect to visit every couple of years- see more details every visit
Plus the town is providing more discoveries each time we are there
Such a wide ranging genre- so much creativity on display
If you like Dali, you'll love this place. It's the complete overdose, over-gorge, bingin' experience! The hyper-Dali supreme! The super-size, infinity-plus, extra-ketchup, extra-extra-cheese! You get the picture! And if you don't like Dali, you will by the time this museum is done with you! How...More
We loved this Museum. Too unique for words. A tour guide is well worth the money.

We arrived earlier than our ticket time and we were told to wait or exchange our tickets for an earlier time. Since it was only 20 min we waited. I feel certain that they will allow you to enter later but they will probably ask you to exchange your ticket for a later time that day. Get there ASAP and hopefully the next entry time will not be full.
