There are a few large random Dali piece scattered around that something this big is normal. It is a female and I assume Gala. She is in A lot of his art. So I did like it. A warm up😉

Salvador Dali was an artist who painted, did sculptures , jewelry and had mad and crazy ideas. The sculpture is right next to the museum so make a point of looking for it so you don’t miss it

Good statue to get your juices flowing before you go into the museum. You have to show up at your time so this is a good stop along the way and it's right next to the museum.

Odd duck, surrealistic artist, "dispicable human being" as some have said, Salvador Dali remains one of the undeniably visible crafters of the illogical. Statues in their 3 dimensional display add to the oddity of the surreal movement. Not to be missed.

Quintessentially, Salvador Dali! Imposing, stark, engaging, humorous, and yet thought proving, wondering what was he thinking or envisioning. Much will be answered after your time inside the museum!

This is a huge sculpture of his wife, Gaia. It is cast in bronze with a huge gash piercing her body. Her arms fly wildly to one side and the face is distorted hideously. Fascinating and as street art ahead of its time.
