Baeza has a beautifully intact and gorgeous Renaissance town centre, sort-of pedestrianzed. Absolutely worth the visit.

Wander around and absorb the history. This is a living old town where people live, work. Go to school and university. Take your time and be sure to go out to the viewpoint looking over the olive groves that stretch for miles.

Full of charm. Full of life. So much to see. You can spend a good few hours walking the narrow streets of Baeza and stopping at tapas bars along the way.

Take some time to wander around and enjoy the many old (hundreds of years) mansions. Some have been turned into nice hotels. Stopped in a local market. Not everyone speaks English, but it is not crowded or congested like other major nearby cities.

A classic Spanish hilltown and a UNESCO World Heritage site that is lovely to stroll around without the company of the many thousands of people that visit the Andalusian cities with greater draw such as Granada, etc. It is perhaps quieter and less grand than...More

It’s a really nice little town. Do not expect a lot of shops etc. If you like some peace and quiet, this is the place to be. It has nice buildings and narrow streets.
