It is worth it to walk up to the Schloss. The inside has been renovated and updated. They have a lot of different language sheets that will tell the history of the Schloss.

Rich with history, we enjoyed a sunny afternoon at this castle. Kid, family, and elderly friendly, plan to spend several hours in the area. Very peaceful and relaxing.

This beautiful castle has a very rich memorable history. It also boasts the best views in the city. I would highly recommend. There is also a restaurant there, not open all year, but try if it is open.

Very good value for money (free entrance) and a small guide in our own language (Dutch) which was nice for the children. The old toilet, the loopholes, ....

After we visited the Felsenkirche we continued our walk to the top and had a beer (Kirner) at the Schloss. You can also visit this by car!
