These really go off. It's a decent drive (probably 40 minutes from town) but good to explore this side of the island, Worth the visit

The day we visited was extremely rough weather and you could get down onto the rocks but still spectacular. Track in is pretty rough but just take your time.

We went during a storm so we couldn't get up close to the blow hole but our guide threw in a coconut or 2 and they certainly fly!!!

I absolutely loved this experience. $5 tala per person. The blowholes were extraordinary and the little rock pools were so calming. Such a thrilling experience to be at the edge of the pacific and experience a natural wonder with friends. Also great for taking Instagram...More

Plenty of fun. There are only 2 attractions worth seeing on Savai’i and this is one of them and the other was Afu Au water falls

I’ve heard nothing but good things about the blowholes - and with good reason. It was a $5 tala entry fee and then a reasonable drive along a suspect road (thankfully we had a 4WD). By the time we got there, the waves were coming...More

Don't miss this amazing show of natural power of the ocean.! Best visited at or near high tide if possible, rough access track, 5 Tala charge per person by friendly local landowners.

We visited this en route to Va-i-Moana Resort as part of our round Savaii cycle trip. The access road was a rather rough ride but the blow-holes were worth it especially with coconuts thrown in.

The road to the blow holes is quite rough and narrow, however they are worth the drive. These blow holes are great! The sound that they make and the height the water goes is awesome. We had a great time throwing coconut husks in and...More

Fantastic to see at high/near high tide. We saw one of the locals throwing coconut husks into the hole so we could see the power and how high these blow holes can push. Well worth the trip to see.

It would be best to check with the locals about times. There is a small charge per person. The road in doesn't seem to be closeable and is usuall manned at the entry
