Temperatures are hot, but the water is perfect! Best to visit if you have a boat or some way to be in the water.

By far,one of the coolest lakes around. There is so much to do and see that one day doesn’t cut it. Make sure to plan for a weekend

Spent 3 days on the lake/river. Rented several boats to enjoy the water. Weekends are crasy, but that should be no surprise for this area.

The lake is great to have a night's break when traveling from LA to the Grand Canyion or the other way around. You can rent jet skis or take your boat to the lake . I stayed at the Crazy horse campgrounds near the beach...More
