Great experience from booking the experience to returning the bikes and equipment. Lovely staff, good bikes and fantastic scenery. A couple of hills and turns, mixed terrain, we over 60s did it in 3 hours with a couple of stops to admire the view.

8 of us only moderately fit over 50's....(4 aged 70) had an absolutely fantastic trip, excellent support from Mike and staff. No complaints at all. Stunning scenery, exhilarating downhill rides and a couple of excruciating uphill rides (can't have one without the other!!) Yummy food,...More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It was a pleasure to assist you guys (hangovers and all) on your epic adventure in the Ruapehu region. Yes, E-Bikes on the Mountains to Sea ride open this ride to a much wider circle...More

Fabulous bikes, unhurried and thorough support for our first mtb adventure. Four moderately fit 50 somethings loved hurtling down from turoa car park with 17 km of lonely road and great scenery. The additional walk to the waterfall was a great suggestion. The old coach...More

Received extremely poor customer service from a male employee when we were asking if there was availability on the next shuttle for the Ohakune Old Coach Road trail. We could see that there were spaces on the shuttles trailer waiting outside and we had our...More

Thanks for your feedback and review. It is interesting that you reviewed us, when you were not really a customer. You came into our very busy store on one of the busiest days of summer, over the Xmas/New Year period, and as you state above,...More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. You basically summed up the The Mountains to Sea trail in your comments. It is a fantastic ride through rural NZ on remote, isolated sections of trail and road. If you come back to this...More
