Max picked us up for a shuttle to the bridge to nowhere ride. He was brilliant, knowledgeable and super friendly. He coordinated his shuttle and the jet boat collection which made it so easy.

Awesome customer service.
Made the organisation for a shuttle ride really easy with great communication and flexibility.
Best drop off information we’ve had on a bike shuttle drop off in NZ!
Cheers Max

Max was excellent as our driver and giving us information on the ride. He was friendly and willingly shared his experiences. The ride was fun and the jet boat out was fantastic. The e-bikes we hired were excellent.

Max and his team are amazing, nothing was too much bother. Max is our number one contact when considering the Bridge to Nowhere, this year we have had three trips with Max. Thanks Max for a great summer.

Excellent advice and bikes.
Outstanding service and flexibility with our schedule (leaving 7.15am one day, returning 8.00pm another).
Advice given for the 'Mountains to the Sea' cycle trail (including bikes, accommodation, what to expect) was 100% accurate and helpful (we're both in our 60s, and our first time using e-bikes so this mattered).
Could not recommend more highly.
Thanks Max!

Booked this trip with Max and it was excellent.
Max was helpful during the booking process and the process of arranging e bikes and the shuttle and jet boat ride was all seamlessly handled by him.
The ride itself is brilliant although you would want some mountain biking g experience prior to attempting this.
The drop off areas are now all well fenced and sign posted so it felt pretty safe.
Our older teen boy did come off his bike on a fast downhill so be careful on the chalky track when it really dry as it does get pretty slippery.
The jet boat ride back to the pick up area was also stunning.
Overall, a must do do ride if you are in to mountain biking.
Thanks Max for your help, we will recommend you to anyone wanting to do this ride.

Great service from Max at Kune Shuttles for the Bridge to Nowhere ride, from pre-booking information as to the level of skill required, through to the final drop off back at base. Max's communication and local knowledge is excellent - he gave us a thorough briefing before we rode off, along with time checks for certain points of the track, very helpful so we knew how long we had to get to the boat and didn't have to rush unnecessarily. He also handed out a GPS tracker and a couple of personal locator beacons in case of emergency.
We were lucky to do the ride after an extensive period of dry weather so the trail rode easier (I personally wouldn't be able to do it if it was harder, which it significantly is after/during rain). Stunning views along the way and information boards explaining the history of the area. The jetboat ride from the landing to Pipiriki is beautiful and worth the money alone. A final lovely touch - Max gave us all an iceblock as we boarded the bus back to Ohakune, very refreshing on a hot day.
Excellent, friendly service and great value for money. Can honestly find no fault.
