Santa Teresa is key to the history of Avila so you should make a point of seeing where she spent years praying. Very beautiful with plenty of interesting artefacts and history. Great gift shop too with beautiful books.

LOVED visiting this beautiful place. Enjoyed learning the history of St Theresa and founding the Order of the Carmelites. The Roman Aqueduct was amazing to see when we entered the town.
