This company is a total scam. Be aware that all dresses that you buy online is final sale meaning that you can't get refund only store credit. Also they will charge you 15% for the restocking fee and the return label is on you. I honestly never had experience like that, stay away unless you want to loose your money.

Do not order from this company. I did not receive what I paid for and they tell me I’m wrong. I’ve tried to contact them 10 different times only to be met with a message telling me I’m wrong and that I can check with the delivery company. I’m so livid. Customer service is non-existent and I’m out money with no product. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and a completely untrustworthy. If you’re considering ordering online I would strongly advise against it because if anything goes wrong you will be sh*t out of luck. Buy at your own risk.

Do not buy anything from this brand. The quality is cheap. Looks like a costume for Halloween. Terrible fabrics, terribly made. I left a review on their website and it got deleted. All their pictures are photoshopped and do not represent what you will receive. NO RETURN policy, just store credit plus they will deduct an insane amount of various fees. For the dress that I paid $500+ they offered me a store credit for $350....Terrible company. Stay away!

I sent multiple emails and photos for a special order of a necklace directly to Erika Pena. However what I received was a necklace she normally sells on her website and not at all what I asked her for. When I asked her why she sent me the wrong necklace, her respond was that it was made with love and expected me to keep it. I told her I want to return it and get a full refund and she said that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself which she knew would cost $84 plus customs fee. She forces to make the sale of a necklace I never ordered nor wanted by refusing to pay for the return shipping costs and refusing to refund me back my money.

Erika is a very talented jewellery and fashion designer. Her new store must be on your shopping list when in Bali. Erika's Tribal jewellery collection really has The WOW factor. Located opposite Grocer and Grind in Seminyak.

I find it absolutely amazing that I can find the best of both worlds in this store. Modern sophisticated designs from clothing, jewelry and shoes that make Erika Peña's atelier a style oasis. I love the predominantly rock chic style with black draped dresses and gold skull pieces. It's my favorite place to shop in Bali. Ultra appealing and mesmerizing. You must go here first when you arrive on the island! Perfecto!

Erika Pena's boutique in Canguu is stunning - all black and gold - but still feels comfortable enough to shop in your sundress and flip flops. Be prepared to leave with bags full of things you'll want to wear right away.
Her tassel necklaces are made in Bali and are a staple of my wardrobe. I get comments on it every time I wear it. Her jewelry is beautiful and well-priced.
Erika is also designing clothing and sandals made in Bali. I bought five pieces that I absolutely love and wear often (I regret not buying more). Everything is well-made and I like that it's supporting local Balinese.
If you are lucky, you'll meet Erika. She's there most days - unless she's traveling for work. Erika has great style and is a good soul. She is an emerging designer in the fashion world. I only wished I lived in Bali so I could visit her shop more often. Erika is also a great source of information on things to do and places to see in Bali.
Put this shop on your To-Do List when you are in Bali!
