Maru Jewelry, established in 2005 by goldsmith designer Martina Urbas, is a signature jewelry brand based in Bali, Indonesia. Well known for inspired handmade designs and a commitment to quality, Maru brand continues to attract savvy seekers from around the world who love jewelry and know how to wear it! Maru has a wide range of manufacturing capabilities available to our customers with in house production from a centralized location. Our own teams of jewelers are skilled in the full range of traditional handmade jewelry techniques available in Bali and Java. We specialize in master sample design and conceptual brand development, commission requests and wholesale quantity manufacturing. We look forward to meeting you.

After trawling through Seminyak's jewellery shops trying to find a Balinese keepsake that was not 'out of the mould' , I finally stumbled across Maru tucked into the road almost opposite Ku De Ta. The space is arty and intimate, not so big as to be overwhelming, but big enough to have a lovely selection of jewellery worked in silver, gold, copper and brass. Rather than being merely decorative, jewellery here seems more of the inspirational persuasion, with spiritual overtones definitely apparent in the malas - which have symbols of various deities dangling from silver or hand knotted Bali silk. Spiritual symbology and beautiful crystals (set in chunky silver earrings and pendants) aside, there is nothing hippy or new age about Maru, and all the pieces on sale are elegant and beautifully hand crafted.

I had been into Maru a couple of times and made purchases,but my real introduction to the place was after falling in love with one of the mala necklaces my yoga instructor was constantly wearing. I started to see others around the yoga studio also wearing them and then just had to get one for myself? Funny really, but once home in Canada I also had a few friends enquiring and had to purchase more on my next trip? Martina,the owner and designer is passionate about her work. She has a fine eye for detail and perfection. The jewelery is exquisitely made using some indonesian traditional design mixed with very modern.
Gorgeous work and delightful designs in either silver or gold.Worth a trip in just to view but most likely you will want to purchase lovely gift of piece or gift for yourself.

Maru has been a favourite go to store for me for some years now. I always find something beautiful and unique for myself and for gifts. The jewellery is of superb quality design and workmanship. The selection is gorgeous and always fresh. I particularly love the delicate malas which are beautifully crafted and unique, I also love the classic pieces - elegant and beautiful.
People are always commenting on my pieces! can't wait to go back in June for the new collection!

Im loving Maru Signature Jewelry. Designed and curated by a true artist and goldsmith..Martinas creativity..handcrafted..exquisite designs.. use of fine materials and semi precious stones left me in awe.. fascinated. Timeless yet contemporary... relevant and a great story.. I will enjoy collecting many more pieces of beautiful jewelry collection. Perfect for gift giving... with many pieces for men as well. I love stopping in to see the new displays and merchandising. She is a true Artisan. Great location in Seminyak... Maru Jewelry is a treat for all senses. With the signature incense.. which smells amazing.. I didnt want to leave and look forward to returning soon.

I was very happy to learn Maru Jewelry is carried in this beautiful hotel boutique. Lending elegance and a bit of fun to an existing great boutique. I enjoyed shopping and seeing the unique collections from around the world. I am always happy to discover a true Artisan jewelry collection... a designer who knows and understands the quality and value of handcrafting. I love unique and exquiste jewelry. In Bali.. Maru Signatue Jewelry is all that and more. A must see.. a must to own and enjoy.

Maru is a gorgeous gallery filled with classic and original pieces...... all of which are are Unique.... there's a high level of craftmanship with a large selection of styles....... When i want to see something out of the ordinary shops here......... Great place to find gifts to bring home...... and add to my own personal collection......... Really excellent..... quality and selection...... A favourite....
