Signature massage it's was great!
Great signature experience here! We booked an appointment via email and the person responding was very quick and effecient ( i think her name is maya ). We booked the couple room which was a great deal.
We definitely loved the signature experience ( 5 stars ) more than the massage (3 stars ) if you only time for one.
They did such an awesome job!! They also provide infusion water.
It's was great experience in canggu
We will definitely recommend to our friends and family

My husband and I came here whilst on our honeymoon in Canngu. It was a little hard to find as there is no outside signage so we asked the local hotel to help us find it. I'd suggest a nice sign on the glass windows so we know where to go. If you're reading this, go in to the gym and turn right.
He had a 1hr signature massage and I booked a 1hr reflexology.
The price was very fair for the service offered ($43 AUD total). They offered for me to have my foot massage in a chair separately or on a bed in the same room as hubby, which is what we opted for. It was nice to have a choice.
Hubby said it was the best massage he's ever had. It was professional, simple, well priced, it was great for the price.
Mine was good too, however the pressure on the toes was quite intense and I would have liked a more massage element to my reflexology. Still felt great afterwards though.
My neck was a tad stiff from lying upwards on the bed though, maybe invest in a better pillow for the massage bed. Minor complaint though.
The room was nice and I liked that they put an eye mask on us so it was dark and relaxing.
We would both be willing to return, very happy with the service. Thank you!

First of all, i love the location and friendly stuff !
I had a deep tissue massage, which was pretty relaxing, however, the music was too loud and some songs were too fast for massage room. I’d recommend to: leave only slow, relaxing songs in a playlist, add some more preparatory steps like feet wash (even if the price is gonna be bigger ) ringing the bell before massage is started, and make a room light darker + i have heard some sounds of a moving chair or something...those small things makes ton of a difference regarding the whole experience. I enjoyed my massage but spa should be an experience not a massage only.

I went there with my friend who has been there before and she liked it. So I went there. The price is very affordable, however the masseuse barely massaged me. She just basically rubbing oil on my skin and tapping on my skin. I asked her politely so many times to put more effort but instead of putting more effort she just said sorry. I didnt need her apology I came there to relax and get a massage and she ruined it for me. My friend came to be massaged for 1,5 hours and I chose the 2 hours one but we ended up finished at the same time and I paid more! It was a stressful moment for me. Will not be back sorry.

Visited few days ago as we were looking for a decent and mid range spa to do a spa day. I wanted to do a facial they cant do it that day, waxing they need specific days but the whole place looks empty and their were 4 people at the reception doing nothing so my spa day ended up just doing a 1 hr massage only.
My therapist was really professional but the fact that i couldn't really relax the spa rooms are not separated it was just a curtain and the other staffs are not very considerate and just keep dragging their feet really loud walking around, talking to each other could hear the staffs laughing and talking from reception as well. The place was really nice and interior looks amazing but the service could have made it all.

We went for couples reflexology. The technique was good but no foot soak or proper wash, just a cloth wipe.
Booked a manicure but on arrival was told that therapist was not available. No phone call or message beforehand to let us know.

I came to Vishaka Spa for a facial and hair cream bath.
The spa itself is very nice, and makes the prices seem like good value.
Elements of the facial were very good however there was room for improvement.
When it said the facial was 75 minutes I was expecting there to be a massage component to the facial, they did do a facial massage which was good however when they put the mask on- the perfect opportunity to do a neck massage/ foot massage, they instead left the room for 15 minutes. I would say the facial only went for 45 minutes.
The hair cream bath was definitely better than the facial, the head massage while they apply the cream is very good, they also do a neck massage- this was okay but only about 5 minutes long and very rushed and weak pressure.
I would recommend Vishaka Spa, I would just hope they take feedback like this onboard to improve their service.

I was greeted by the concierge ladies as soon as I walked in. They were very friendly and were able to get me a hair booking right away. I did the cream bath with aloe cream (for dry hair) and let me tell you, it was the greatest experience.
They offer you tea and let you choose which cream for you type of hair. The hair stylist washed my hair, massaged my head with the cream, which was the best part. She really took her time and was considerate about how much pressure. She then blow dried my hair and it turned out silly smooth.
Vishaka spa is very thorough, clean and they have great service. I highly recommend this place if you are in canggu!

I went to vishaka spa and salon for my first time not knowing what to expect. I greeted by to very friendly and helpful staff who checked me. Then i was shown to my single room and was pleasantly surprised at how large, clean and well equipped the room was. I was able to immediately relax. Vishaka spa and salon experience was pure relaxation and like nothing i've done before. I've just started to pripare NYE and this will be the perfect was recover to words.
