We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We looked at two scrapbooks while having a snack at the little restaurant in the garden. We walked all over the garden and saw many exotic plants. However, none were labeled. The place needs a lot of TLC and input but it has great potential to be an excellent botanical garden if only...

Bill Tschan is a Swiss National that first went to the Cook Islands in 1968. His passion is gardening and collecting rare tropical fruits. He has collected over 100 of them so far. He gives about a 2 hour tour of his 3 acre garden explaining many of the plants and their medicinal uses. He will pick you up at your accommodation to take you to his garden up in the hills. Be sure to take plenty of bug repellent. His garden is home to more than just plants.

The short walk to the Cafe is surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers that make this place something special. Very friendly hosts who look after you. The food is good too.

The owner is not anymore responsible for this garden. He’s in retirement or not more able to to this. His kids are not interested in this.

So, this Garden doesn’t exist anymore

Unfortunately due to lack of tourism in the area the gardens had no funds available to keep up with the maintenance, from people who had been there previously had said that it was amazing

Mainly a garden of different gingers & plants native to the area, but not so good if its been raining as it gets a bit muddy underfoot

Serene gardens, enjoyable for anyone to wander around and just enjoy the peace and quiet. Cafe near the centre of the gardens advertising the best cheesecake, however we didn't try any this time around!

Take the time to experience a cup of coffee (or tea) in a beautiful tropical garden. We live in the tropics so we understand how difficult it is to keep tropical plants from running wild. Someone here has put in a lot of work so that visitors can relax and enjoy the environment.
