Hi guys,
We saw some brown balls up in the tree. Probably sloths.
We saw a chachalaca and several iguana's. And the jesus lizard.
But at the parking lot we saw a big male. only 3 meters away.
regards Schliek

Incredible experience! Our tour guide Daniella was amazing-- so knowledgeable and fun to talk with. We saw two sets of mom and baby sloths and it was amazing to us that Danielle was able to spot them when they were so hidden to our eyes. We saw a baby sloth on her own so close by. It was WONDERFUL! We also saw Jesus lizards, a nest with a baby hummingbird, blue jean frogs and plants that would curl up the moment you touched it. Highly recommend this experience. It was fantastic!

Outstanding experience with Johnny! He was patient, informed, funny and brought us to see 5 sloths well hidden ( he knows his job well) - including a 9 month old!, toucan, owl, red and strawberry frogs, snake, other birds. We had the best time!!!

A great experience if you are in the area. Just the right length and good value. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the sloth’s habits, other native birds and animals, and very accommodating at helping us take some great photos. Really recommend as it’s quite difficult to spot sloths without a guide!

Daniella did a fantastic job on our sloth tour. She was very knowledgeable about the sloths and all the other animals in Costa Rica. She spoke excellent English and lead us to 5-6 sloths. She allowed us to spend as much time at each spot enjoying the sloths. We highly recommend this tour!

We enjoyed the sloth watching tour with Ruben. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and expert spotter of the sloths. We saw man and baby sloth sleeping way up high in the trees, toucan, capuchin and howler monkeys. Of course also the flora is beautiful also. We were lucky to see a sloth down low, as it must have climbed down to go poop and was making its way back up high into the trees. So cute.

We also took the night tour. It was just my partner and I with our guide David M. He was so passionate about the different frogs and insects. We even saw a couple of sloths up high, turkey, glass frog, blue jeans frog. Please renew his contract! It was so neat to be in the rainforest at night in the pitch black with flashlights. I had my headlamp with me as well but did not use it much since it attracted bugs near my face.

Yummy fresh pineapple and watermelon at the end of both tours. Of course nature does not plan for you, we were lucky to see the wildlife that we did. They do not entice or intervene with the animals in any way, you see them in their natural habitat and way of life.

We had a great early walk through the forest. We saw frogs and lizards, a turtle and a cayman besides a few sloths. All were just curled up sleeping until the end and we got to see her face and all. Our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying many types of birds and foliage. Really enjoyed our time.
