Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The only excuse for the presentation of this course can be the persistent rain over the past few months. When arrived it was obvious there was no one else playing. When asked why no flags in greens, "I'll put them out if you want to play"
Fees are over the top for what is offered, and hire clubs looked disgraceful.
I didn't play

We where very happy at choosing this resort for our stay in Pacific Harbour.
This resort is of a high standard, we upgraded to the adults only area but used the main pool as the Sun loungers are the best.
The bar staff are excellent & make the best cocktails. Our favs where Lepani Mana Va & Tito, also Lola in the Deli.
Entertainment also superb by Ben.
Happy hour each day 5pm to 7pm

If you go into this golf course expecting magnificence you’re going to be disappointed.
If you go in for a laugh just to have an interesting morning out then you’re probably also going to be disappointed.

The gear you can hire is very old and a big shabby. Everything is clinging onto the past and I think it could do with a major revamp.

This course is not good. The grass on the fairways are at least 3 inches thick. You will loose balls on the centre of fairway. Bunkers have not been maintained. The greens are well grassed and slow but ok for a resort course. It was and could be a well presented course howeverI suggest you have a look at it first hand, before you commit.

So I went with my son to whack some Fiji stress (lol) at the golfing range. They pro shop guy said there’s already a guy on the range . So there are no balls left

So the buckets of 50 balls advertised don’t really.actually exist. Unless yr a solo golfer first there ……..: do better !

Walked back home in the heat.

Where else but Fiji can you finish your round and grab a drink, only to be joined for a chat by the greenkeeper, shop attendant and local golf pro? They explained that during COVID the members had to take over the upkeep of the course, and as tourists are still few and far between the staff only have one slasher (can mow only 3 holes per day). So the fairways are overgrown and it can be hard to find your ball. Take your sense of adventure, some spare balls and bathing costume (there's a pool) and you'll have a ball! The jungle setting is unique. Be prepared lose lots of balls, and just relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

Championship golf course, why can’t they cut the grass. Could be a great experience if they took the time and effort to maintain to an acceptable standard.

Played here with family in July 2019 - The fairways are overgrown and staff tell me there is only the one mower for the whole course. Even hitting a good drive down the middle you struggled to find your ball or it was plugged. Fairways were deplorable, the greens were ok as well as the bunkers. Would not play there again. Understaffed and the owners, apparently a PNG company should be ashamed about the condition of the course.

This golf course was the first 18 hole course built in Fiji. It was designed by the renowned Robert Trent Jones, Jr. It is a great layout, but due to a lack of maintenance, it has deteriorated into a sad memory of a great course. The fairway grass is so tall that you can lose a ball hit in the middle of the fairway. Greens are atrocious. I suggest that yo don't spend any money here until the company invests the money and personnel to bring the course back to a playable condition.
