Yes, I highly recommend this place for having rest with friends, family members, etc.here you can have some amasing photos, and the place is full of affordable mini cafes for lunch .Around the park you can also see people making DOVGA and selling around.

We visited on a public holiday. A man made lake with lovely tulips on its sides. The park was full of extremely friendly locals. Almost everyone said "welcome to Tabriz" we were even offered snacks and drinks. Unbelievable!

El-Goli park is located on the southern end of Tabriz city. The metro line is under construction, but yet unfinished as per Aug 2017, so take a taxi to get there (100k IRR/ 2 EUR from center).
