The best visit ever. Only draw back was the cleaness of toilet was very badly maintained. The visit was very fruitful after climbing 1000 steps

It's a wonderful place for a hike. The views are spectacular. There are resting places along the way. You have to go all the way to the top to appreciate the view and history.

It is an interesting visit though as the sun is really burning you should chose well when to do the visit. A bit exhausting the climb to the top of the statue but the views were escellent.

Despite other reviews I found the site well kept. (Except for battle torn gun sites adjacent to the statue). You start by climbing up a well maintained pathway. About ever 200 steps are so there are areas you can rest. There are places to purchase...More

We walked up to the tip and the walk was a good exercise. When you will get to the top you will think that those 800+ steps were just worth it. Then you will see Jesus Christ.

The statue of Christ is a must to anyone visiting Vung Tau, the view is espectacular from the top but the ascension is really exhausting. Bring water to drink :)

Went here on a Sunday and did the 900 odd steps to the top. Picked a very hot day so itnwas hard work but worth it also as this was vietnam independance weekeend it was very crowded. But worth the climb.
