We had a wonderful tour of this place by the owner, as a stop on a Foodie Tours with Laura. We brought two varieties home and will be sharing many balsamic tastings with friends.

We loved our tour of Acetaia Picci! We really had no idea what real balsamic vinegar was or tasted like. It is a true labour of love, We really appreciated Marco's patience in explaining the process.

Visited as part of a larger tour of Parma foods and it was nothing short of amazing. The balsamic vinegar is crafted with such care. The owner's pride in his product was evident in every step of the tour. And the tastings at the end????...More
