Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I’ m talking about “barraca da Níria”. What a nice place. Excelent food!
I do recomend “classic Sobá”, and the yakisoba as well!
Excelent broth, lots of garlic and ginger.
Try the Brahma beer by 600 ml botle! Very cold always is a nice option to your meal.

You can see a little about the miscegenation in Campo Grande.
You have several little stores and a lot of restaurants, there are many preparing the “Soba” and several things with fishes and oriental.

We came since we heard great reviews about the Japanese Brazil fusion foods here but we were pretty disappointed. We ordered the most popular noodle dish which was pleasant but not amazing. A few nice handmade or made in Brazil stalls with clothing and leather goods, but it probably depends on what stalls are there on that day. Worth an evening stroll.

I had the pleasant surprise to know this place. Where you can find plenty of options for eating (nothing fancy, instead you will find great prices and well served portions). I recommend the Barraca da Amelia. The soba (japanese soup with pasta, meat and eggs) is spectaclar

I found the place well organized, with lots of restaurant options, many of which offering similar dishes. On the part of crafts, there are some very interesting shops, but most I saw were shops that were not crafts themselves, but things in general. A good tour option to go in the city at night.

Another special place to get to know part of the culture of Campo Grande. The Fair Central, as it is known, is considered one of the cultural heritage of Campo Grande and the State of Mato Grosso do Sul. Best Soba in Brazil!!!

A great visit for those who want to learn a little about the local culture. I went to try the traditional Sobá and was pleasantly surprised by the service!

A huge fair. With a gigantic food court. Where the main star is the sobá. A Japanese dish, but due to the strong influence of the eastern colony it became a symbol of the countryside. So going for a walk in Campo Grande is a must to go to the fair and eat sobá. A delicious dish, but for a hot December day it's a little too hot!!!!! But it's worth. Very affordable prices. The rest of the fair is ordinary. Few typical products. And lots of trinkets from Paraguay. An interesting highlight were the masseurs who do shiatsu.
