Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is located very close to the railway station. The tallest building in the city. Very good place to visit. The hotel is very good for staying too.

When travelling to Hamamatsu, I would recommend coming up to the Observation gallery, especially on a clear sunny day.

From the top you are able to see the far stretches of the city: from the Pacific Ocean in the south, to the mountain ranges (including Mount Fuji!) to the north.

It's apparently a great place for a wedding as well, as half of the observation deck is dedicated to an events hall.

This is the highest building in the city so if you want to see it from up high this is it. It costs ¥500 to go up. It might be better to go in winter. You should be able to see Mt Fuji, but when we went it was summer and the haze prevented us from seeing very far. If you walk around the base of the tower there is also an entrance to a garden type area if you are looking for a place to sit down for awhile.

There is a wedding chapel taking most of the center space on the observation floor so I'm not sure how it works on days when there is a wedding going on.
