The information center was attached to a dining outlet as part of JR station. Staff spoke good English but they did not make recommendations, just asking me to choose tour brochure from the rack.

a very excellant tourist info centre..open from 8am.right next to JR rail station nagasaki..the staff are very helpful.they answer all questions and give you maps.also get your one day pass for the trans as required for sight seeing...

All info you need about Nagasaki to be found here. Although Nagasaki is not a big city like Osaka or Tokyo, you still can get some great info here.

Nagasaki City Tourist Information Center is a great help for any issue regarding tourists. You can speak English and get the answers . The staff want to assist you.

If you want to go to Mt.Inasa, ask them for the free shuttle bus to the tram station. Moreover, you can buy One day Tramway pass here
