Visited this place in the morning before the crowd flocked in. Loved the garden and the little statues at this temple. Worth a visit when in Kyoto.

Tranquil temple located in Ohara about 45 minutes from Kyoto. Not too crowded. Beautiful zen garden. A few charming Jizo statues concealed amongst the moss.
