Amazing Knife Shop - Absolute hidden gem

We were looking for a supermarket (just around the corner call Happy Rokuhara) when we stumbled into this traditional Japanese knife shop - it was amazing !!
The owner explained in detail about what knife should be used and how to use it, etc - - he gave great advice on the best knife to choose. He re-sharpened them again and carved my wife's name on the blade. Excellent place - highly recommended if you want a proper Japanese fnife !
