This is free to see and is part of the Peace Park complex. There are public restrooms near by. The monument itself is not much by carry powerful meaning. Plaques are in English and Japanese.

Peace park done really well and a great place to walk around and reflect. But I did feel that the peace clock tower was probably the weakest of all the memorials and monuments. The design didn’t blend into the rest of the park for me.

The Peace Clock Tower is at the far end of the Peace Memorial Park. Every morning the clock rings bells at 8:15, the time of the explosion in August 1945. The twisting nature of the skeleton is reminiscent of the twisted steel structures that resulted...More

It's all located within the park and I guess you just can't miss it. It just adds on to the aesthetic of the entire area.

The clock is nice as you walk through the park, but nothing that one would make a special trip to see. However, one should make a trip to the Peace Park, and the clock is there.

We were touched by this memorial. We made a second trip to the park just to be there at 8:15 a.m. when the clock sounded. Make the time to experience this memorial.

It is located by the bridge near the atomic bomb dome on the Peace park side of the river. It is quite spindly and I didn't realise it was a clock tower until I had gotten closer. It is also quite close to the peace...More

THE PLAque helps understand the significance of the clock . It chimes everyday on the hour that the bomb dropped.
