June was a bad time simply because there isn't much blooming in the park. Didn't help that it was gloomy and dark when we were there. The plus point is the huge playground with 3 slides, swings and see saw. Brought the little nephew there...More

This was a very enjoyable park. We happened to be in Sapporo when the cherry blossoms came out, and Nakajima Park was one area where you could stroll peacefully and enjoy the scenery as well as the calm. It's not a huge park like NY's...More

Near our hotel, so we took a walk here - then came back the next day. It's photogenic! Popular with locals, too.

Was here in early May. Just in time for cherry blossoms. What a beautiful sight. Our hotel was just 5 minutes away from the park. We had our lunch at the park. There is no trash bin here. You must carry your trash back home....More

This is a great park for strolling. Try the Kitara Restaurant in the concert hall for a lovely lunch.
