Hi 77sharifah- this tower was open around 2010. I did not specifically noticed the wheelchair aspect, but there are many hostesses around, and I think it's best for you to enquire directly with them.

Hi. I don't think it's a good idea to use a colour copy of your passport. U should carry your passport everywhere with u. The Chinese are very strict with ID. January is cold there. It's OK to travel but cold. Best... More
