if you are looking for a budget friendly shopping aside from Beijing Lu while in guangzhou, might as well visit Shangxiaju Pedestrian Strret. You can find almost everything in this street at a very low cost.
Some of the usual brands are still available but other small stores along this street has plenty on sale for cheaper. Lots of shoe shops but we did have a problem with larger shoe sizes, but great prices to be found! Lots to look at...More
This pedestrian only street has many food stalls and shops selling lots of things. Must try is stinky tofu. The salesgirls eagerly attracted passers by to come in to their shops by singing uncontinuously songs and makes this area becomes alive and loud.
Shops selling somewhat the same types of clothing but most were at a reasonable price. Though bargaining might work, but not all vendor responded well to it. The layout of the streets look like Taiwan’s night market.
