The Quran Exhibition (or Museum) is located opposite gate 5 of The Prophet's Mosque. They offer multi-linguistic tour and have Qur'ans as old as appr. 900-1200 years old. Would recommend it to be attended. The entrance/tour is free for all the visitors.

I was sooo delighted to see that this museum existed. It didn't when I first visited 9 years ago. Very detailed information and so many varieties of Qu'rans of all sizes, from different countries, written by several gifted people. Beautiful indeed

The museum is located in front of gate 5 of Al Masjid Al Nabawi. Useful information about The Qur'an Kareem, very old copies and the largest ever.

Of course brother you can take pictures just making sure no one else is in your frame.... I suggest go right at the back with group so you won't have to worry about any one while taking pictures
